The staff is extremely helpful and kind. I discovered this store recently and it is now my go-to for Indonesian spices and ingredients. They also offer take-out food with microwave oven to heat up if you choose to eat on the bench outside. I was looking for beef rendang spices, not only did the staff helped me choose the right ingredients, he also went the extra mile and gave tips on what type of cut, best preparation techniques etc. Very friendly.

Amazing Indonesian restaurant with prepackaged meals for carry out (they have a microwave to warm up) and a full selection of Indonesian groceries. Some of the dishes are served street style, wrapped in banana leaf. They have utensils and plates and a little seating area outside. The dishes are made by a chef onsite. Everything is fresh and delicious.
It's a good place to shop and eat Indonesian foods. Very nice service too.
This is the most authentic Indonesian food in the san Gabriel valley. For the last 5 years I come at least once a month after work around 4pm. The selection sometimes is limited. Today I went at 11am, they have full line of selection.If you want more selection of fresh made food be sure you go early.One option is to get something for lunch, there are outside tables and chairs available for picnic style eating.See the pictures of food selection.
